Transfer reports are a critical component of the IVF process. They serve as essential clinical documentation and a central tool for communication between physicians, embryologists, and nursing teams. At Shady Grove Fertility in Atlanta, these reports were created manually and then entered into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, consuming valuable time and leaving room for error. With over a thousand IVF cycles annually, the team sought a way to streamline and standardize this process.

Outcome

Shady Grove Fertility Atlanta implemented Alife Health’s Embryo Assist™ to fully digitize the transfer report workflow. The platform automatically pulls in patient and embryo data, embeds embryo images, and generates a standardized report. The report can then be downloaded and printed to provide to the patient, creating a consistent, time-saving experience for the lab and clinical team.
